We very much enoyed our stay at the ' Ferme de Marion'. We liked the hospitality of Marie and Yalon in their tastful decorated farmhouse. Every room was lovely decorated.
We enjoyed the superb breakfasts with homemade marmelades as well as the wel prepared dinners of Yalon. I call him the French Jamie Oliver.... We liked to have the meals at one table with Marie, Yalon and the other guests.
Yalon gave us nice itineraries for exploring the Vosges on foot and by car. WE made very nice walks in the lower and higher Vosges and drove a part of the route de vins and the route de Crete. La Ferme de Marion is a very good base for exploring the Vosges (i.e. route de Cretes, Gerardmer) and the Alsace (i.e. Strassbourg, Colmar, route de vins).
