La Casa di Ulisse B&B est nichée dans la verdure de la colline à 600 mètres de la mer. Du haut de ses 150 mètres au dessus de la mer elle vous offre un panorama exceptionnel sur la mer et sur les collines. Elle est située à quelques kilomètres du centre de Livourne et à 25 kms. de Pise sur la colline qui domine un des plus jolis paysages méditerranéens de mer et de terre avec en toile de fond les iles de l'archipel toscan, Elbe et Capraia, et par jours très clairs, la lointaine Corse.
La Casa di Ulisse est entourée par un parc de 1500 mq. La villa a été batie dans les années ’60 et elle a été restructurée dans le 2006. Dans la journée on peut arriver jusqu'à Florence (95 km), Pisa et Lucca (moin de 50 km), Sienne, San Gimignano, Volterra (moins de 150 km) où découvrir la cote Etrusca, les villages sur les collines et les couleurs de la Maremma.
Quatre chambres riches de lumière attendent les hotes, au-rez-de-chaussée. Chaque chambre a son accès privatif du jardin, sa cuisine, son bain avec douche, TV sat avec DVD et CD, air conditionnée, chauffage, Internet. Chaque chambre a une deuxième table dans le parc. Toutes les chambres ont les couleurs des plantes du jardin: elle s'appellent Agave, Lavanda, Rosmarino (pour deux personnes) et Ginestra (pour deux adultes et deux garçon).

L’accueil et la gestion sont familiales, le service attentif et discret.

Bruna et Marco, les propriétaires, vivent ici. Ils vous présenteront votre chambre et l’histoire de la maison, le jardin où se promener ou lire et regarder la mer, la terrasse où on prend le petit déjeuner en été, le le salon avec la cheminée où on se retrouve pour le petit déjeuner dans l'hiver.
A la demande, ils peuvent organiser un diner toscan sous les étoiles ou une excursion à voile avec les bateaux de l'Orsa Maggiore ou vous donner des suggestions pour vos vacances. La Casa di Ulisse vous offre une oasis de tranquillité pour une vacance, pour une pause du stress, pour vivre une reve.
Vous pouvez rester une nuit, une semaine ou plus de temps : surement le souvenir de la Casa di Ulisse restera dans votre cœur !

La Casa di Ulisse B&B is the ideal solution for people loving nature, quiet and comfort. It’s perfect for people wishing relax seeing the sea and the stars with a glass of wine. The house is surrounded by a park of holm oaks and pines, very quiet, 600 mt from the sea, few km from the centre of Livorno. The guest can reach in a day Lucca and Pisa (less than 50 km), Florence (95 km), Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra (less than 150 km), the hill and the coast of Maremma.The sea lovers can choose between the rocks of Quercianella and Castiglioncello and the sand beaches of south coast until Baratti. In the park there are chairs and tables, the guests see a marvellous landscape (sea, hill, wood), typical of the Mediterranean (Elba Island and the Corsica).
