La Villa Belle Vue vous offre tout le charme de la Côte d’Azur :Michel et Lisa vous accueillent dans une belle demeure dominant le village de Ste.Maxime avec une magnifique vue sur le Golfe et St.Tropez, centre ville à 1000 m, 3 belles plages à proximité.Notre villa se trouve sur le site du Sémaphore, le quartier résidentiel de Ste.Maxime.
Elle s’érige sur 2 niveaux et vous offre confort et qualité avec :

•son salon d’été
•son salon d’hiver avec sa véranda
•sa piscine à débordement
•les adeptes de la détente ensoleillée pourront profiter de sa terrasse côté piscine jusqu’au soleil couchant
•si vous privilegiez quiétude et détente, des endroits au calme vous attendent dans la partie ombragé du jardin.

The « Villa Belle Vue » offers you the best of the French Riviera.Michel and Lisa welcome you in their beautiful home overlooking the village of Sainte-Maxime with a fantastic view of the bay and St.Tropez. The center of the village is at 1000 meters and there are 3 beautiful beaches close by.Our villa is located on the Sémaphore-hill, the residential area of Sainte-Maxime.:It is built on 2 levels and provides comfort and high standards of living with :- a pleasant summer living room leading onto the breakfast terrace and the swimming pool- a spacious winter living room with a fireplace and a big veranda overlooking the bay, St.Tropez and the surrounding hills- a nicely shaped swimming pool- Those who like to relax in the sun, can do so until sunset on the pool-side terrace, and if you prefer cooler spots, the shady part of our garden is the ideal place for you. - Our Guest RoomsPlease choose between the following three very comfortable accommodations :- The suite on the first floor, consisting of a bedroom, a big living room with a terrace,a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.- The suite on the garden level, consisting of a bedroom, a big living room with a terrace, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.- The room on the garden level with a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Si vous arrivez par l’AUTOROUTE (sortie le Muy)-Suivre les indications pour aller à Ste.Maxime.-Au 4e rond point (il y a un Mac Donald’s), faire tout le tour du rond point et suivre la direction : Frejus-Continuer sur cette route jusqu’au prochain rond point.-Faire le tour du rond point, rester sur la file de droite et prendre direction : Frejus-Au bout de quelques mètres vous verrez d’abord à droite la police et ensuite un panneau :”Sortie d’Ecole”; TOUT DE SUITE après ce panneau vous tournez à droite et prenez le Boulevard Lex-Continuer le Boulevard Lex pendant 600 mètres en restant toujours sur la route qui monte, ensuite vous tombez sur le Boulevard des Chênes et vous tournez à gauche et ensuite tout de suite à droite -Suivre le Boulevard des Chênes pendant 200 mètres -Au bout de 200 mètres la route sur laquelle vous vous trouvez devient le Boulevard des Sorbiers, vous continuez sur le Boulevard des Sorbiers; vous arriverez sur un plateau (ne pas tourner à gauche sur le plateau) vous continuez votre route, jusqu’au numéro 5, et vous êtes arrivés.Bienvenue à la Villa Belle Vue !Si vous venez par la côte par ST.RAPHAËL-En approchant Ste.Maxime, vous arrivez à un rond point, où vous voyez à gauche le restaurant le “St.Barth”- A ce rond point prendre la direction : “Route du Débarquement, Golf de Ste.Maxime”-Continuer sur cette route, vous allez bientôt voir le panneau “Ste.Maxime”,vous allez jusqu’au prochain rond point-Faire le tour complet du rond point et continuer direction: Frejus (vous revenez un peu dans la direction par laquelle vous êtes venu)- Après 300m, vous apercevez un “Stop”, au panneau “Stop” vous tournez à droite et prenez le Chemin du Sémaphore- Vous montez le Sémaphore en restant toujours sur cette route pendant 700m, vous arrivez en haut et tournez à droite dans le Boulevard des Grands Horizons- Au bout de 100m à peine vous tournez à gauche et prenez le Boulevard des Frères Montel-Vous descendez ce boulevard jusqu’à ce que vous vous trouvez face à un mur et vous continuez à gauche, c’est le Boulevard du Sémaphore,mais le panneau l’indiquant se trouve plus loin- A 100m vous apercevez une boite à lettres jaune, vous tournez à droite et vous êtes dans le Boulevard des Sorbiersnous sommes à droite, au numéro 5. Bienvenue !

If you are arriving by the freeway (exit Le Muy)-Follow the signs to Ste.Maxime-At the 4th roundabout (there’s a Mc Donald’s), go all the way around and follow the sign : Frejus-Continue to the next roundabout-Go all the way around the roundabout , take the right lane and follow the sign :Frejus-After a few meters, on your right, you’ll see first a police station and then a sign « Sortie d’Ecole » immediately after this sign, you turn right and take the Boulevard Lex-Stay on the Boulevard Lex for about 600 meters, always staying on the road that goes up the hill, then you’ll come to the Boulevard des Chênes and you take a left and IMMEDAITELY afterwards you turn right-Stay on the Boulevard des Chênes for about 200 meters-After 200 meters the road you are on becomes the Boulevard des Sorbiers. Take it and you’ll arrive on a plateau (don’t turn left, keep going) until you get to number 5.That’s it, you’ve arrived.Welcome to the Villa Belle VueIf you are arriving from St.Raphaël, via the coast-Approaching Ste.Maxime you’ll arrive at a roundabout, where you can see the restaurant St. Barth on your left-Go around the roundabout and follow the « Route du Débarquement, Golf de Ste.Maxime »-Keep going on this road, soon you’ll see the sign « Ste.Maxime »,continue to the next roundabout-Go all the way around the roundabout and follow the sign : Frejus(you will go back a little ways)-After 300 meters, you’ll see a STOP sign, turn right at this sign and take the Chemin du Sémaphore.-Go up the Chemin du Sémaphore always staying on your road for about 700 meters, then you’ll arrive at the top, and you turn right and take the Boulevard des Grands Horizons.-After about 100 meters, turn left and take the Boulevard des Frères Montel-Go down on this Boulevard until you come to a wall, take a left on the Boulevard du Sémaphore (the sign is a little further down the road)-After 100 meters, you’ll see a yellow letter box, turn right and you are on the Boulevard des Sorbiers.-Go to the number 5 and you’ve arrived.Welcome to the Villa Belle Vue.
