Au rez-de-chassee: salon/salle a manger avec chauffage au bois et TV (lecteur DVD) et HIFI. Grande biblioteque de DVD. de livres et des jeux. Coin cuisine avec cuiseur electrique, mircro-onde, refrigerateur/congelateur, machine a laver. 1 chambre for 2 personnes avec salle de douche. A l'etage: chambre mezzanine (grand lit) douche avec WC. Exterior: Patio avec parasol, table pour picnic et grand jardin.

Description of Gite:

le Chevrefuille is in Les quatre cles, a restored and renovated longere providing all creature comforts for a wonderfully relaxed self-catering holiday in a tranquil but not isolated location. Set in a large garden with plenty of grassed area for sunbathing and a huge grassed field for sports and games. Outside there is a paved patio area separated by planted trellis fencing for privacy with a BBQ and a wooden picnic table with parasol. The gites benefit from a large library of DVDs, books and indoor games for less clement weather as well as outdoor games like table tennis, boules pitch, badminton, swing-ball, these are all available or guests free of charge. The gite sleeps up to 4 and contains a comfortable living/dining room with a wood burning stove and a kitchen area. Furnished with a large sofa, bouncy armchair, coffee table, rug and TV (DVD player only), CD player, dining table and chairs. The kitchen contains an electric cooker, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all necessary pots, pans,crockery, cutlery and utensils. The spacious master bedroom is on a mezzanine floor in the converted loft (grenier) and has a vaulted ceiling with exposed ancient oak beams, bedside tables with lamps, a set of drawers, clothes hanging area and, an ensuite shower room with wc and basin. The twin bedded room is downstairs, accessed by a couple of steps down from the living room. It has a set of drawers with bedside lamps, a wardrobe and an ensuite with shower, wc, and basin. The rate is fully inclusive of all utilities, bedding, linen, towels (if requested) tea towels and a comprehensive supply of cleaning and other sundry goods such as loo rolls, bin bags, kitchen towels, detergent & fabric softner, washing up liquid as well as cooking & olive oils and condiments. Basically we try to provide everything other than food, drink & personal toiletries so that there is no need for our guests to stock up on things they won't be able to use up in the space of a holiday.

Quand vous approchez Guemene Penfao, vous allez desendre d’une colline raide et enroulement et quand vous avez passé une garage a droit et une creperie a gauche vous allez trouver un rond point. Prenez la troisieme sortie. croisez le pont (sur le don) et immédiatement a gauche il y a une signe pour Vally du Don, Juzet etc. Prenez cette rue. Prenez le deuxieme droit (pas la rue signee au Lottisment de Gascaigne). C’est aprez une courbure et c’est un tournant petite signee etang de Gascaigne. Contiuez tout droite et vous allez passer une grange au gauche et une ferm a droit, un autre logement a droit avec un poubelle dehors. Comtinuez un petit distance et passez une porte qui a faire des roués a droit et l’allee prochaine a droit et les quatre cles.

Approaching Guemene Penfao, you will drive down a steep winding hill and after passing a garage on the right and Creperie on the left reach a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit, you will drive over a bridge (river Don) and immediately on the other side you will see a sign post on the left for Vally du Don, Juzet etc., take that turn. A little way along there will be a small road on the right with Lottisment de Gascaigne, go past and take the next available right turn (it's just after a bend) this is a very small turning with a sign - etang de Gascaigne on the left. Follow the road and you will pass a nice barn conversion on the left, a farm complex on the right, another dwelling on the left with a large porta bin outside. You will see a drive virtually opposite it on the right - this is not mine. Carry on a little bit further round the bend past a fence made of wheels on the right and then it's the Les Quatre Cles drive.
