About Hastings House Built in 1855 as a guest house run by Elizabeth Shakespeare the first owner, it has been used as a guest house in Hastings St Leonards ever since. Fabulous views towards Warrior Square gardens, the beach, sea and Hastings Pier. All our rooms are individually decorated with crisp linen sheets, luxury duvet, colour TV, (flat screen T.V. with free view channels in our recently decorated rooms), tea and coffee facilities. The guest house is open all year round and we have a licensee bar / lounge for hotel residents. We adopt a totally non smoking policy throughout the house. Free Wi Fi Connection in our lounge and bedrooms. Parking around Warrior Square is Free up to 2 hours between 10.00hrs and 16.00hrs, and free overnight parking from 16.00hrs to 10.00hrs. Cycles can be stored overnight within the hotel premises. Pets are welcome with prior arrangement at a surcharge of £5.00 per night.
