Description of B&B: La Sayuela B&B**** 4 EARS stands on a 10,000 square metres farmland which adjoins the Regional Park of Gredos, with all the strength and splendour of the Sierra de Gredos (range of mountains) on one side, and the Valley of Tietar and “La Vera” on the other, creating spectacular sights from the house throughout the year. The farmland is surrounded by a number of gorges, some of them stand out for their natural swimming pools like the ones of “Chilla”, “Alardos” and “Santa María”, and we can’t leave out “Tejea” or “Blanca”.
La Sayuela B&B**** is a ground floor building, which has walls 60 centimetres wide made of stone on the outside and wood work on the outside and the inside, this makes it suitable for keeping coolness in the summertime and the warmth of the heating in winter. There are five double bedrooms all of them with bathroom and each one looking on a different sight of the mountains of Gredos or the valley of Tietar. The lounge has a timber ceiling six metres high which makes you feel a special and comfortable spaciousness enjoying the warmth of the fireplace and together with the dinning and living areas makes it possible to create different atmospheres at any time. From the lounge there is a forged staircase which leads to the games parlour. There, you can find a billiard table, table games, as well as a large library with a great choice of books of all genre, you can also enjoy the sight from a bay window and be delighted by the landscape, and watch at night -- with or without telescope -- the stars in all their splendour.
For those who wish to stay for lunch or dinner we offer carefully and slowly cooked traditional food. On Saturdays we have the popular “cocido” (stew made of meat, bacon, and chickpeas) which wakens your senses since early in the morning. But not less popular are the “carillas” with tomato (a small soft bean grown in this area), tomato soup, asparagus from “La Vera”, lean with peppers, fried piglet or kid and good beef. We must not leave out the vegetables and fruits of the land which you can taste any other day of the week. There is a vegetable garden and an orchard with orange, lemon, avocado, pear and other fruit trees, as well as centenary olive and fig trees in our farmland.
There are multiple leisure activities you can achieve: you can go on interesting and spectacular guided equestrian routes which can last from one hour to several days, or sail down the river Tietar on canoe whatever your age is (neopreno suits and life jackets are provided for security). There is also the possibility to go hang gliding and climbing, and for those who prefer to walk whether on guided excursions or by themselves, the “Sierra de Gredos” has a great landscape interest and the possibility of observing protected fauna such as golden eagle, vulture, stork and others. The tracks lead to places worth visiting such as “Los Hermanitos de Tejea”, the refuge “Albarea”, and “La Puente del Puerto” where the roman bridge stands as firm as the first day, you can also enjoy playing golf, fishing (without killing) and hunting (hunting parties for all kinds of big game: deer, wild Spanish goat, wild boar). You can go on trip to nearby places of great tourist interest where you can easily get by car, and visit for instance, the Celtic Iron Age Settlement of the first century, prehistoric cave paintings, the Sanctuary of “Chilla” and the church of “La Asunción” of the second century in Candeleda (the ceramic altarpiece made in Talavera is one of the most ancient ones in the area). There are some villages declared of tourist interest owing to their popular festivities: the pilgrimage to “Chilla, “Los Empalaos” in Valverde, “El Peropalo” in Villanueva and “El Jarramplás” are some of them.
We can’t forget to mention its climate, owing to our privileged geographic position we can enjoy a microclimate which enables tobacco, cherry trees and peppers to be grown and our streets to be decorated with orange and palm trees. Not in vain this area is known as Avila´s Seville though better known as the Ceiling of Castle and offers water, sun and an excellent microclimate for the visitor to enjoy throughout the year.

Gite: Dans cette propriété nous avons située la maison rurale “ la Sayuela ” enregistrée en Tourisme de l'Assemblée Castille et de Leon avec le nº C.R.C.AV-171 ainsi qu'en santé, un bâtiment d'une seule plante pour faciliter dans tout moment le repos au voyageur avec l'effort minium pour cela nous avons éliminé les barrières architectoniques dans presque toute la maison, le parois extérieures de 60 cm en pierre et la menuiserie tant extérieure comme intérieur en bois font de cette maison qu'il maintienne toute sa fraîcheur en été, et la chaleur du chauffage en hiver, est composée de cinq dortoirs doubles avec bain tous extérieurs en vue différentes zones de la Montagne de Gredos et de la Vallée du Tietar.
Le salon avec 6 m de hauteur mansardé et le plafond de bois il y a lesquel on consigne une ampleur spéciale avec la chaleur de la cheminée y une zone d'être et une salle à manger qui permet différentes atmosphères à chaque moment, depuis le salon il y a un escalier de forge qui nous emmène à un autre salon appelé celui de jeux d'utilisation exclusive pour adultes dans laquelle ils jouiraient de jeux table, billard, etc.… et une vaste bibliothèque avec un grande fourni de livres dans différents gé ; neros, a ce salon un mirador depuis où le paysage qui est vu enchante au voyageur et par le nuit permet de voir dans toute sa splendeur les étoiles en utilisant ou non le télescope.
Le des jardins qui entourent la maison disposent de mobilier pour créer un espace confortable et agréable ainsi que ceux qui entourent à la piscine ils font qu'ils aient une plus grande intimité.
Le maison dispose de cinq vastes dortoirs, tous extérieurs, avec vastes vues à la vallée et à Gredos. Deux disposent de lit pour deux personnes (1.50) et le reste sont doubles avec les lits rassembles. Les matelas ils sont de latex.
Toutes les chambres ont bain avec douche qui dispose ventilation extérieure, ainsi que séchoir de cheveux et un mini-set de bain ; et dans tous nous avons éliminé les barrières architectoniques.
Las des chambres disposent d'air conditionné et ils ont été décorés avec toute l'affection du monde pour qu'ils soient du plus agréable et relajante pour le voyageur.
La Sayuela le extérieur et en bois "est un bâtiment de rez-de-chaussée, qui a des murs 60 centimètres de large fait en pierre sur travail sur le extérieur et l'intérieur, ceci le rend approprié à maintenir la fraîcheur dans l'été et la chaleur du chauffage en hiver. Il y a cinq doubles chambres à coucher tous avec la salle de bains et chacune qui regarde sur une vue différente des montagnes de Gredos ou de la vallée de Tietar. Le salon a un plafond de bois de construction six mètres de haut qui les marques vous jugent que un spaciousness spécial et confortable appréciant la chaleur de la cheminée et ainsi que les secteurs dinning et de vies permet pour créer les différentes atmosphères à tout moment. Du salon il y a un escalier forgé qui mène aux jeux le salon. Là, vous pouvez trouver une table de billard, dards, jeux de table, comme une grande bibliothèque avec un grand choix des livres de tout le genre, vous peut également apprécier la vue d'une fenêtre en saillie et être enchantée par le paysage, et la montre la nuit -- avec ou sans le télescope -- les étoiles en tout leur
