Caiplie House is located in the majestic village of Crail in the East Neuk of Fife, ten miles from St. Andrews. We are proud to offer you a high quality of bed and breakfast accommodation. As well as bed and breakfast, dinner is also available to residents. The guest house is comprised of six comfortable bedrooms, two of which have sea views. There is a lounge for residents and a bright dining room. Caiplie House is owned and operated by Finlay Kerr who lives on the premises and whose experience and taste is reflected throughout the house.You are invited to come and stay in Caiplie House, to discover Crail, the East Neuk and Fife through it's many attractions and activities.The Business is run with one major goal in mind, the guests enjoyment. A great effort has been made to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere within the house. Whether you are in the area on business, playing thirtysix holes of golf a day, tramping twenty miles a day or simply wanting to relax, Caiplie House is the perfect base for you. Finding Crail by road:Crail is situated ten miles South East of St. Andrews and four miles West of Anstruther on the A917.From Edinburgh, Glasgow and the South cross the Forth Road bridge by the A90 which becomes M90. Take the A92 to Kirkcaldy. At Kirkcaldy join the A915. Finally follow the A917 to Crail.From Inverness and Perth follow A913 to Cupar then B940 to Crail.
