Notre maison offre une hospitalité familiale dans une atmosphère simple et chalereuse. Les chambres sont bien allumees, silencieuses, confortables avec lits de haute qualitè. Toutes les chambres ont la salle de bains privée avec la douche. La petite villa est entourée d'un vaste et bien soigné jardin à disposition des hôtes avec espace adjacent pour parking privé. Nous mettons volentiers à disposition des cyclistes et des motards des abris et des salles de lavage ed de séchage en cas de pluie.
Des dépliants touristiques et de nombreux prospectus sont à votre disposition pour les randonnée à pied, à velo ou à cheval, des road-books détaillès avec des itinéraires pour motocyclistes dans l’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, ainsi que des informations sur les parcours gastronomiques (fêtes de village, visites de fromageries et de vinaigreries) et sur les restaurants avec lesquels, pour certains d'entre eux, nous avons des partenariats afin d'offrir à nos hôtes une cuisine locale a prix préférentiels.
Elle est excellente étape pour ceux qui, en provenant de Milan, de Vérone, de Venice (de toute façon du Nord), ils désirent rejoindre les Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa et Firenze sans parcourir l'Autoroute, mais en traversant ainsi un territoire avec des charmants paysages naturalistes. Viviana’s B&B is a delightful 2 storey cottage, ideal for couples, families or a group of friends, and offers a family atmosphere with Italian hospitality.
The rooms are bright, comfortable and quiet with high quality beds. All the bedrooms have private bathroom with shower.
There is adjacent space for private parking next to the property. Enjoy a glass or two of wine on the terrace or private garden with panoramic breathtaking views of the Apennines Mountains and Pietra di Bismantova.
Catch a glimpse of roe deer wandering around freely. This is the ideal place for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The area has a multitude of amazing restaurants and trattorias where you can get a 5 course meal with wine for under 13 Euro per person.
Viviana’s B&B is in the quiet hamlet of Monteduro 5 min drive from Castelnovo ne' Monti and near to the State Road SS63 that joins the Po Valley to Tuscany passing through the whole mountain territory. Coming from Milan, Verona or Venice (however from the North), this is the fastest panoramic route to reach Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa and Florence (without taking the motorway) crossing a territory with enchanting, natural landscapes.
Own keys for more freedom The property owner lives next door and is available for assistance. She speaks good English and has a wide local knowledge.
