This Roman bed and breakfast establisment in situated on the top floor of a beautiful terraced townhouse in the heart of Umbertine Rome. The holiday accommodation has marvellous views over the rooftops of the Eternal City and the Dome of St Peter's, and is well situated for visits to the Vatican museums, the Basilica of St Peter's or the ancient Borgo district.As well as cultural and artistic diversions, this part of Rome has some great shopping opportunities around the Via Ottaviano, and there is a wide choice of bars, restaurants, cinemas, theatres and discos. If you want to stray further afield, the B&B is easily accessible by car, and the metro and bus services provide an excellent public transport system.The rooms at B&B Filomena e Francesca are bright and spacious with private bathrooms, and all are air-conditioned. There are three bedrooms (one triple, one double and a twin which can be used as a double.) Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Two of the rooms have a balcony, the other has the consolation of a hydro-massage bathtub.The accommodation is private and stylish, with carefully selected furnishings complementing the decor of the rooms; the result: a friendly, relaxing pied-a-terre where you can unwind at the end of an exciting day in Rome.There is a comfortable lounge where guests can mingle, watch TV or make plans for their holiday in Rome. EN AVION: de l'aeroport de Fiumicino, prenez le service de train jusqu'a la 'stazione Termini' de Rome, puis suivez les indications pour arriver ici par train. Par contre, si vous etes 3 ou 4 personnes il vaut la peine peut-etre de prendre un taxi ou de nous demander notre service 'navette'. PAR TRAIN: de la 'stazione Termini' de Rome, prenez l'autobus "70" et descendez a l'arret avant le terminus (Piazzale Clodio). Sinon, vous pouvez prendre l'autobus expres "30" et puis descendre au terminus (Piazzale Clodio). EN VOITURE PAR LE NORD: (Florence, Milan, Siena, Venise) de l'autoroute A1, sortez a "Roma Nord". Apres le pont de peage, prenez la sortie de Settigagni; vous etes maintenant sur la Via Salaria; continuez vers "Roma Centro". Apres vers 15 minutes vous allez arrivez a un grand carrefour sur l'autoroute avec un panneau "San Pietro Foro Italico"; continuez tout droit; vous allez depassez 2 tunnels and sur votre gauche vous voyeriez la stade Olympique. Restez dans la voie de l'extreme droite; apres environs 400 metres, vous allez arrivez a la Piazzele Coldio; nous nous trouvons a numero 72. EN VOITURE PAR LE SUD:(Naples, etc) De l'autoroute A1, prenez le sortie "Roma Est" et suivez les indications ci-dessus pour le A24 Aquila-Roma. EN VOITURE PAR LE A24 AUTOROUTE AQUILA: Apres le peage, continuez tout droit jusqu'a la route peripherique Tagenziale puis tournez a droite vers San Pietro Foro Italico. Continuez tout droit pour environ 10 k; vous allez passer 2 tunnels et sur votre gauche vous verriez la stade Olympique. Tenez a la droite; apres environs 400 metres vous allez arriver a la Piazzale Clodio. Au fond de cet square tournez a gauche; vous vous trouveriez sur la Via della Giuliana. Nous nous trouvons a numero 72 (2eme batiment a la droite.) EN VOITURE DE LA VIA AURELIA: allez tout droit vers le Centro San Pietro jusqu'a vous depassez la Via Cadia (ou il y beaucoup de commercants). A la fin de cette rue, tournez a gauche sur la Via Leone IV puis prenez la Via della Giuliana (vers 400 metres) jusqu'a le batiment penultiment avant la Piazzale Clodio, donc numero 72.

BY TRAIN From Termini train station, take bus number 70 and get off at the stop before the terminus (Piazzale Clodio) or take the Metro Line A towards "Battistini" and get off at the "Ottaviano San Pietro" stop. From here, it is a ten-minute walk to the Bed and Breakfast. Alternatively, you can take the Metro Line A towards "Battistini", get off at the “Lepanto” stop and take bus number 70. Get off at the stop before the terminus (Piazzale Clodio). Alternatively, you can get the bus number 30 express and get off at the terminus (Piazzale Clodio). BY CAR Latidude-Longitude: 41°54'52",12°27'13" 41.9146,12.4538 BY CAR (from the North: Florence, Siena, Milan, Venice, etc.) From the A1 motorway, exit at "Roma Nord". After the toll bridge, take the Settebagni exit: you are now on Via Salaria. Continue towards "Roma Centro". BY CAR (from the south: Naples, etc.) From the A1 motorway, exit at "Roma Est" and follow the indications given below for the A24 Aquila-Rome . BY CAR (from the A24 freeway "Aquila") After the toll bridge, go straight ahead until you get to the "Tangenziale" Ring road and turn right towards San Pietro Foro Italico. Go straight ahead for about 10 kilometres. You will pass 2 tunnels and on the left you will see the Olympic Stadium. After you pass the Stadium, keep on the right side of the road: after about 400 metres, you will arrive at Piazzale Clodio. At the end of the square, turn to the left. You are now on Via della Giuliana: the second building on the left is number 72, where you will find the "F&F" B&B. BY CAR (from the Via Aurelia) Go straight ahead towards Centro San Pietro until you pass Via Candia (a commercial street with several shops). At the end of Via Candia, turn left into Via Leone IV and go straight ahead into Via della Giuliana (for 400 metres) as far as the second last building before Piazzale Clodio; this is number 72, where you will find the "F&F" B&B.
