English Description of B&B:

Our charming and quiet « Chambre d’hôtes » are situated in a large property which is surrounded by trees.
The property was initially a small fortress built in the XIVth century which was changed to a domestic dwelling in the XVIIth century. It has been lovingly maintained since then.

We would like to offer 2/3 very comfortable “chambres d’hôtes” :
The “Yellow room”, for 2 persons. En-suite bathroom with bath and WC.
The “Pink room”, for 2 to 4 persons. En-suite bathroom with shower and WC.

Each room has beds of 190x90 cm which can be transformed into 190x180 beds if preferred.
Open from 1st April to 31st October
Charges : 58 € per room for 1 night for 2 persons including breakfast and taxes.
Prices may vary in accordance with duration of stay and number of persons wishing to stay.

Coming from Paris (A10)
-Take Exit (26) - Châtellerault-nord.
-Take the ring road in a clockwise direction towards La Roche-Posay/Pleumartin.
-At the roundabouts, take the D14 towards Pleumartin and follow this road to the square in Pleumartin.
-Turn right on to the D3 in the direction of Poitiers. After about 7 kms, at the bottom of the hill, turn right on the road singnposted “La Talbardière” for 1 km.

Coming from Bordeaux (A10)
-Take Exit (29) - Poitiers-Nord
-Take the ring road in the direction from Limoges.
-Take the D3 exit to the left in the direction of La Roche-Posay.
-After about 30 kms, approx. 1 km after the D3/D9 crossroad, at the bottom of the hill turn left to follow the sign for La Talbardière, approx. 1 km.

Coming from the East on N151:
-from Saint-Savin on the N151 turn right in Paisay le Sec to take the D9 to La Puye. Follow the D9 to the D3/D9 crossroad then turn right to La Roche-Posay on the D3. After about 1 km at the bottom of the hill, turn left to follow the sign for La Talbardière, approx. 1 km.
