La structure donne sur un parc aménagé pour les loisirs, avec piscine coins barbecue et pique-nique, et jeux pour enfants. On y trouve un grand parking privé adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Les animaux de petite taille sont admis. Les clients ont la jouissance commune d’un salon avec cheminée, de fauteuils pour le relax, d’un coin lecture, d’une télévision satellitaire et d’une laverie.
Les 4 appartements de La Pergola, de dimensions diverses, sont construits dans le respect des éléments typiques de la tradition ombrienne; ils sont tous lumineux, meublés avec goût, avec une belle vue, et ils disposent de tous les conforts (coin-cuisine avec frigo, chauffage, air conditionné, télévision et téléphone. Deux d’entre eux, de 2 pièces, sont aménagés pour accueillir des personnes à mobilité réduite. Chaque appartement a le nom d’une fleur de nos champs (mauve, narcisse, genêt, menthe), dont les murs reprennent les couleurs douces et apaisantes.

5 km from Assisi, in a wonderful location on the hill, among majestic trees, olive groves and vineyards, surrounded by the peaceful Umbrian countryside and in a central position as regards the main tourist and culture heritage towns of the region, the holiday house "La Pergola" is ideal for those who wish for a wellness break for body and spirit.
The house overlooks a park with swimming pool and other free-time facilities, as alfresco dining and barbecuing courtyards, children’s playground; it has a big private parking area and is accessible to disabled people. Small pets are allowed. “La Pergola” has a reception hall at its guests’ disposal in the common area with a fireplace, armchairs for relaxing, reading area, satellite TV and a shared laundry room.
The 4 flats of La Pergola - of different measurements - were built in full respect of the formal and typological elements of the Umbrian tradition; they are all well-lit, panoramic, tastefully furnished and with all the comforts (cooking area with fridge, central heating, air conditioning, colour TV and internal telephone). Two of them are two-roomed and provided to accommodate disabled people. Each flat is named after a flower of our countryside (Malva: mallow; Menta: mint; Ginestra: broom; Narciso: narcissus), whose colours live in the walls with a beneficial peaceful effect.

(*) Dès qu’on a pris la SS75, prendre la sortie pour Ospedalicchio-Assisi (SS147), continuer jusqu’à Bastiola/Bastia Umbra, passer le pont sur le Chiascio dans la direction d’Assise; tout de suite après le pont, à gauche, prendre la direction Palazzo/Tordibetto; suivre les indications pour Palazzo. Une fois dans le village, après l’Eglise et un café, tourner à droite en suivant l’indication pour Mora, monter pendant 500 mètres environ et, sur la gauche, se trouve La Pergola.

(*) Right after taking the SS75, exit at “Ospedalicchio-Assisi” (SS147), continue until Bastiola/Bastia Umbra, cross the bridge on the river Chiascio towards Assisi and then turn left towards Palazzo/Tordibetto; follow the road signs for Palazzo. Once you enter the town, right after a Church and a bar, turn right following the sign for Mora; drive uphill for about 500 metres and you’ll find La Pergola on your left-hand side.
