The BEST B&B i have stayed in. Keith and Anji made us (my husband and I plus our 3 children aged 4,2 and 6 months!) feel very welcome, they opened their home to us for our 3 night stay. And what a beautiful home it is. The Westons have lovingly refurbished 2 rooms of their large house, kept separate from their living area, into clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. We stayed in the larger room where they had already put extra beds and a cot. ANji's cooking was very homely and utterly delicious, in hindsight, we were disappointed that we didnt eat with them on the first night!
Moncontour has a nice lake (walkable from Le Grand Saule for adults, borderline too far for young children), with recreation facilities, swimming, water ski-ing, mini golf etc. all for a very reasonable entry price.
Overall, a fantastic base for you to explore the region, the owners couldn't be more helpful and SUCH great value for money! Highly reccomended!
