La Villa du Parc est un manoir des années 30 construite en style basque. Elle a été et aménagé en studios et appartements de vacances de différente taille. On peut choisir la formule gîte/appartement de vacances avec location à la semaine ou la formule chambres d’hôtes si on prévoit rester une nuit à quelques jours.

La Villa est entourée d’un parc de 8000 m² avec des arbres centenaires et une vue magnifique sur les Pyrénées.
Elle est située au bord de la ville Prades (sous-préfécture) 10 min. à pied du centre ville avec ses restaurants, ses magasins et son grand marché hebdomadaire.

Dans la maison principale il y a trois studios, un appartement et une salle d’acceuil avec cheminée, accès internet (wlan pour les appartes), des magazines, des livres, des jeux de sociétés et un projecteur DVD.

Le parc est équipé de chaises longues, tables et chaises. Piscine, sauna et jacuzzi, aire de jeux et barbecue sont à la disposition des clients.

Motos, vélos, skis etc. peuvent être mis à l’abri dans le grand garage au sous-sol.

La situation idéale de Prades permet de profiter de pleins d’activités sportives ou culturelles. Vacances à la plage et à la montagne peuvent êtres combiner d’ici !
En 45 min. on se trouve soit au bord de la côte sablonneuse soit au pied des pistes les plus connues des Pyrénées.

Grace au clima méditéranéen on peut excercer ses sports préférés comme la randonnée, le vtt, l’éscalade, la spéléo, la moto, le vol libre ou le canyoning pendant toute l’année.

Ceux qui s’intéresse à la culture de notre région peuvent visiter les villes fortifiées de Vauban, les chateaux Catharres dans les Corbières, le musée de Dali, les foures solaires, des grottes, des abbayes etc.

La diversité d’offre dans les Pyrénées-Orientales vous garantit des vacances inoubliables.

English Description of B&B:

Villa du Parc is a manor constructed in the thirties in the so-called “Basque style”. It now contains a number of holiday apartments, which may be rented by the week or for just a few days, with a B and B option. These apartments are of different sizes, accomodating between two and six persons.

There is also a large hall, equipped with a chimney and comfortable easy chairs, a free internet connection, games, books, magazines and a video beamer. An underneath the house, you find a large subterranean garage, where you can store (and work on) your (motor)bikes, skies, etc.

The grounds surrounding the manor are 8000 square meters (a little over three acres), with centenary trees and affording a magnificient view of the Pyrennees; it is equipped with a swimming pool, sauna, and a jaccuzzi. There are deck-chairs and other opportunities for sitting down, a barbecue, and a play-ground for children. The property is located at the edge of the town of Prades (Casals festival), so that you can walk to the town center in about ten minutes, and enjoy the restaurants, movies, concerts, shops, and the weekly market there.

Thanks to the unique location of Prades, you will be able to enjoy your favorite holiday activities, whatever they are: In only forty-five minutes you can either bask in the sun at the beach, or hike or ski at over two-thousand meters (about seven thousand feet) altitude. Of course, there is rock-climbing, spelunking, canyoning, white-water kayaking, and paragliding as well; and, because of our mediterannean climate, most of it can be done year-round. Or you may want to take the “yellow train” (a narrow gage railway with open carriages) which runs through a narrow valley up onto the high plateau of the nearer mountains.

If you are interested in the local culture, you may want to visit the fortresses designed by Vauban, the castless of the Catharists, the Dali museum or house, the Casals festival, or any of a number of beautiful abbeys.

The diversity of our region offers you the possibility to spend an unforgettable vacation here; in fact, it almost guarantees it!

Prenez l'autoroute vers l'Espagne/Barcelone. A Perpignan tournez à droite vers Andorre. 40 km plus loin vous êtes à Prades. Traversez la ville toute droite, nous sommes sur l'ancienne route principale à la sortie vers Ria.

Take the motorway direction Spain/Barcelona, in Perpignan turn to your right direction Andorra. 40 km futher on you are in Prades. Continue straight ahead, we are on the old main road at the exit of Prades.
