Bonjour, D'autres personnes ont elles reçu une demande d'un Mark Worrilow de virginie aux USA ? serait-ce une arnaque. Bizarre en tous cas.

We are planning a trip to your location in 2012 and will love to make use of your property.
No of Guests: 4 Adults (2 couples)
No of Rooms: 2 Bedroom Apartment or Equivalent to sleep 4 adults or more
Method of Payment: Local Checks or Credit Cards
Length of Stay: 14 days (2 weeks)
Arrival Date: 10th June 2012 (Flexible)

Am out of town but will need to make all necessary arrangements from here so I intend to prepay for all costs and have a firm booking. Our dates are still flexible hence you can advise alternative dates if the above does not suit.
If you can accommodate us, kindly get back to me with the rates / total cost including taxes required for the 14 days duration so we can arrange for the payment. Also confirm if you accept checks or credit cards for payments. The check will be from our sponsors in Europe not America so it wont be a foreign check.
