The first thing to do is to check you are not already listed there !!
www.chambresdhotesfrance.com/
Look in your department in both sections of the website Chambres D'Hotes and also Gites.
You can also do a search here.
http://www.chambresdhotesfrance.com/cgi-bin/hotels/search.cgi?
either with the name of your property or your website address.

If you don't find yourself there you can continue to "inscription".

To add your property visit:
www.chambresdhotesfrance.com/cgi-bin/hotels/user.cgi?signup_form=1
and choose a user name and password

Straight after that click on "Add link" and you will have access to the form to fill in.
You then have the choice of choosing a free advertisement or a paid one.


If you receive the following message:
The username you requested is already taken. or
The e-mail address you entered is already taken! Click on Login if you have already signed up.
then it is possible that you have completed the first part of an inscription but you haven't added your property. You can always visit "Lost Password"

to see if your e-mail address is already in the system.

The forms for both websites seem to be identical. Is there no way to use the same information without having to fill in the form again?

The form isn't exactly the same. It requires a bit less information than www.chambresdhotes.org

We do transfer adverts but only if you are paying for a "premium" listing.

As it is html code you need to put it in the html of your site. it looks to me like you have added it as normal text
