Welcome to the forum.
Here are some simple rules to make life easy for everyone. Their object is to maintain friendliness between members while permitting useful exchanges.
Every inscription as member presumes accepatnce of the rules of the forum.
All forums without exception are moderated. If a message contravenes the forum rules it will be deleted or edited.
In the case of repeated abuse, chambresdhotes.org and it's moderators can and will suspend your access.
Identification of members by address e-mail and IP:
You are responsable for what you post on this forum. We are therefore responsable for a certain amount of traceability. For this reason we require a working e-mail address and collect the IP address of members.
Choose an appropriate title :
The title of your message is important. It is what will give other members a desire to read your post and respond to it. Increase your chance of a response by not using vague titles like "help".
Don't write in Capitals:
Whatever you do don't write all in capitals. It's very hard to read and is considered the online equivalent of shouting at people.
Thank those who help you: It may seem obvious, but the response you read in two minutes may have taken that person much more time to formulate. Maybe that person even took the time to find an answer for you. The minimum he can expect is a thankyou.
Unsolicited advertising/announcements :
No promotional messages are allowed on this forum, notably messages with the sole purpose of attracting visitors to web addresses, or creating links to help refence websites.
Commercial messages and messages from businesses or organisations are not permitted.

Discussion based on illegal subjects are not permitted on chambresdhotes.org forums. Notably, as a member you agree not to post anything untrue of defamatory, inexact, abusive, rude, incite hate, obscenities, blaspheme, sexual, menacing, revealing of the private life of persons, or anything against the law.
You also accept not post anything subject to the copyright of another author.
Warnings, Bans, Refusal of inscription
All posts contravening the rules of the forum can be :
- edited by a moderator.
- or deleted.
If they think it useful moderators can issue a warning.
In the case of serios offences you can be banned from the forums, this means your account will be deleted and you won't be able to sign up again. This can be after one or several warnings.
