Regarding: "If you scroll down you should see a map with a red button. Drag the button in the direction of your property and use the zoom buttons on the left to get a more precise view once you are close.

Once you have done that you can click on the link at the bottom of the page to register the modification."

I have tried this and the the button will not move.

Can you assist.

Hi Colin,

If you are on the "modify" page and you can't move the red button then that sounds strange.
I've tested it in all the major browsers and it works for me. What type of computer are you using and what browser and I'll see if I can re-create the problem you are seeing and fix it.

If you have more than one browser installed on your computer try doing it in the other browser to see if the problem persists.

At the worst you can always visit http://mapki.com/getLonLat.php

and use the tool there to get a latitude and longitude in the correct format and enter it on the modify page
