We are a small, family run bed and breakfast accommodation situated on the south side of Birmingham, just a few minutes drive from both the M5 and M 42 motorways. We are also about 15 mins. drive into Birmingham but also on the main bus route. We are rated 4 stars with the English Tourist board, are noted for our cleanliness and are within a few minutes walk from Northfield Town centre with its varied eating establishments.We are close to Cadbury World, and the bus into the City stops right outside the new Bull Ring with its amazing amount of shops.

The Swan Inn freehouse is a traditional 17th century inn on the banks of the River Soar. In a Grade II listed building complete with roaring log fires in winter, we serve cask conditioned real ales from Theakstons and Ruddles breweries, as well as regularly changing guest beers, and restaurant meals that can be enjoyed inside or out in the garden.
