Les Hirondelles is a traditional farmhouse in the Creuse area of the Limousin, between La Souterraine and Guéret.

We are a small family run guest house in the heart of the beautiful rolling countryside of the Limousin, France. We have 4 bedrooms and all are en-suite rooms, all have complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary toiletries, shower robes and ironing facilities.3 of our rooms are doubles and we have a family room with a double bed and up to 3 single beds and a travel cot. All our bedrooms have been refurbished. We have a large dining room for breakfast and evening meals and large sitting room with french windows leading to the garden where meals can be taken weather permitting. Available for your use is our oak panelled games room with Nintendo Wii and selection of games, cd player, large television with video and English channels, a selection of board games and books and computer access. We have also installed an above ground splash pool in our large garden for those hot summer days. The village of Saint Germain Beaupre is quiet and peaceful with a lovely xii century church, chateau and local bar, and there are miles and miles of uninterupted traffic free walking.

Situated in a quiet area near the centre of La Souterraine, Maison Numero Neuf is an oasis of charm. The large bedrooms are delightfully decorated and feature antique beds dressed with crisp white linen, well appointed bathrooms, and sumptuous white towels. Dinner can be taken in the oak panelled salle a manger, or on the terrace in summer, and you are welcome to relax in grande salon, around a roaring fire in winter.
