The apartment is situated in first floor, with a garden of 90 m ² exposed to the South, closed by an independent gate. It contains a big kitchen opened on the dining room. In the lounge, you will find a sofa of angle which can easily be transformed into sleeping around in 2 places; the lounge is overhung by a mezzanine, offering you a sleeping around of supplement as well as a reading area.
