Description of B&B:

Bed and breakfast available all months except July and August. Bedroom with private bath or shower room . King size or twin bedded rooms.

Description of Gite:

ACCOMMODATION:

• First floor open plan living accommodation.
• Leather sofa and arm chairs, rugs, library of books, TV, etc..
• Stylish dining area with solid oak table and chairs.
• Well equiped kitchen, granite and oak surfaces, eye level oven, dishwasher, etc.
• South facing breakfast balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard.
• Patio doors to large covered terrace. Sun loungers, teak dining table, gas barbecue etc.
• Ground floor. Spacious entrance hall with dresser and oak staircase to first floor.
• Master bedroom furnished in country pine. Patio doors to courtyard.
• Second bedroom(twin or double)
• Large bathroom with full sized enamel bath . Shower over.
• Old wing. (once the stone built caretaker’s cottage).
• Double en suite bedroom.
• Children’s room…double and single beds.
• Separate toilet

SPACIOUS GROUNDS and courtyard planted with olive trees, lavender etc. Exclusive tiled swimming pool(11X4)

Access:

The village of St Etienne de Gourgas can be found on the D25, about 6km from the Lodeve North interchange(Junction 52) on the A75, about 50 minutes North of Montpellier,3à minutes south of Millau.
