All the year round Beatriz and Colin will be happy to welcome you to their renovated charentaise house dating from 1826.
Rest is assured in the country just 2 km from Gémozac and 25 km from Royan and Saintes An agreeable break awaites you in the Sainteongaise countryside.
Rambling, Beaches just 15 mins, Historical and touristic sites nearby as well as other activities,

Access:

7 minutes from exit 36 of the A10 directionRoyan between Gémozac and Chardeniers you will find "Au Vieux Moulin"
On the D732 take the little road right opposite the water tower.

Trés bon acceuil par des personnes adorables.Le dinner et le petit déjeuner sont trés bons et trés copieux.Le tout dans un lieu parfaitement propre et calme.

bonne accueil, très propre, petit déjeuner copieux, seul bémol la table d'hôte à 25 € (prix trop élévé) repas sans originalité.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, Béatriz et Colin sont adorables, leur maison et leur jardin est paisible, reposant, et nous avons très bien mangé!! les conseils touristiques de Colin ont été de bonne augure!! merci !!
