Description of Gite:

The house is located within a few hundred metres of several of the most beautiful beaches in Brittany with nearby campsite facilities if required. It is close to the artistic town of Pont Aven and within easy reach of Concarneau, Benodet, Pouldu, Lorient, Quiberon, Isle de Groix etc. It is situated in one of the most delightful areas of Brittany with wonderful walks, sightseeing and local marinas. It is less than 2 hours easy drive from Roscoff and about 1.5 hours from Brest Airport. It is an ideal family holiday home and a sound investment.

The nearest village is Nevez which is about 2 miles away. It is a charming, typically French small town with bars and restaurants and has two pretty good supermarkets etc and the nearest town is Pont Aven (famous for its artists - about 8 miles away) which is absolutely enchanting. You would also be within easy reach of a lot of other areas in southern Brittany which are well worth visiting.

Accommodation: Downstairs; one double, one single bedroom (wheelchair access if required), kitchen (fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, double electric oven, microwave), bathroom/toilet (wheelchair access), large lounge/dining area. Upstairs; one double, two twin bedrooms, bathroom (shower) toilet. Electric heating throughout.
