MELA: Ground floor: beautiful bright and stylish living, 1 equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave) with dining area up to 8 people, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
On the first floor: 1 large living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with tub and shower unit, a room with two beds and a cot, 1 double bedroom.
BRUFA: ground floor with a large living/dining room (this dining room can be used by a group who rents whole property or main house to share meals togheter); fully equipped kitchen with also dish-washer, microwave, and washing machine; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds,;1 bathroom with shower;
first floor has a large living room with fireplace (and possibly a double sofa-bed); 1 double bedroom with baby cot, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtube and shower settings.
NIDO HOUSE: Charming little house beside the main house, ideal for two people, but also comfortable for four.
Furnished porch overlooking the private entrance, private barbecue.
Inside: entrance and living room with dining area and sofa bed; kitchen with 4 burner stove, fridge - freezer, microwave.
A large double bedroom; bathroom with shower and washing machine. Perfectly equipped for the disabled.
VILLA FATTORIA: Detached house of great charm in the heart of the Fattoria Spinola, very exclusive, ideal for a couple, next to the main house of the owners.
Outside, large yard with brick dated 1878 equipped with a large gazebo and several areas: an old shaft to form a nice round dining table furniture, an "happy hour" corner with illuminated barrel, a very comfortable wicker furniture.
Characoal barbecue.
Guests can then freely enjoy this area for meals or just relaxing and reading a book in a peaceful and fresh area.
The Fattoria Spinola pool area is at your disposal as well as the free organic vegetable garden and fresh daily eggs. Welcome basket with breakfast and 2 bottles of our DOC wine for free.
