Description of Gite:

Vacation rentals for 5 people, very comfortable (prefecture approval: 3 keys) and refurbished in 2008. Duplex apartment on the 3rd and 4th floors of the cottage from the sea with panoramic views over the bay of Arguenon. 2 terraces of 12 and 20 m2. Furnished with taste, it is located 10 meters from the beach and foot trail .

Ground floor:
Equipment of the kitchen: microwave, oven, hob electric ceramic hob, vacuum table, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, and even large-done everything to cook the fish away!
Stay of 30 m2: 2 leather sofas and a booster seat and a multimedia package (mini and small TV channel TNT)
North Terrace: accessible from the kitchen, 12 m2 full view Wednesday
South Terrace: accessible from the living room, 20 m2 slatted, teak lounge 6.
Bathroom (shower cabin) and WC

Floor:
House South decorated art deco, big bed of 1.60 m with quilt, large wardrobe and 2 bedside. South view overlooking the beach and overlooking right la Terrre South.
North House: 1 large bed of 1.60 m and a bed of 0.90 m and 3 bedsides. Small cabinet. Panaramique sea view from the window of the room, terrace overlooking the North.
Cot and stroller available upon request.
