Recently refurbished and tastefully furnished, the original fireplaces and granite staircase have been retained making the manor a stylish blend of old and new.upper floor: two double rooms with en suite shower rooms and WCs one king-size with en-suite bathroom, whirlpool bath and shower one twin room WC ground floor:spacious sitting / living room fully fitted dining kitchen hall / lounge laundry room WC private garden with fenced pool equipment provided:dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble-drier, television, dvd player, cd player, cot, high chair, piano, barbecue... household linen (bedlinen, towels, tea towels...)The sheets, one pair/bed upon arrival independent of the duration of your stay. local facilities:Shops, supermarkets, Post Offices, cafés & restaurants in Pont-Aven or Nevez: 2,5km Riding stables & tennis courts: 4 km Golf course: 25 km Beaches: 6 km

Access:

Leave the Lorient/Quimper expressway (N165-E60) at the "Kerampaou" exit and follow the road to "Pont Aven". In the town centre, cross the bridge and go straight on (you will pass the Post Office on your left). At the top of the hill, turn left towards "Le Henan, Kerdruc". At the next crossroads, with a typical Breton calvary in its centre (Kerrun), turn right in the direction of "Nevez". The private road to RUSTIN leads off to the left about 800m further on.
