Description of B&B:

1 or 2 rooms , "bed and breakfast" ,with separate entrance, in a house on the little harbour , near the beach . Locquemeau is situated between the coast "Granit rose" -(Lannion 10 km)-and the "abers" -(Morlaix 28 km, Roscoff (ferries)40km).
Breakfast : into the house or in the garden.
The garden and a covered outside space can be used by the users of the "bed and breakfast"






the two rooms have a separate entrance .
The first has a adjacent bath room with toilet , the second one will be convenient for the members of the same family or for the friends who will agree to share the same bathroom .
the prices will be :
Room 1 : for one person : 40 euros
for two persons : 45 euros
Room 2 : for one person : 30 euros
for two persons : 35 euros
( breakfast included )

Description of Gite:

Cottage located in a small fisherman's cottage, renovated, 5o to 65 m2,
parking and private garden can accommodate from 4 to 6 people. Separate entrance.
