Equipped to detail in each of their stays, with a warm and colorful decor, has all the necessary furniture. It has 3 floors of 50 m, by interconnecting stairway and railings wooden interior, with electric heating and hot water, rustic wood fireplace, stove and oven vitroceramic.

Because of its location it has a garden of around 400 square meters distributed in two levels separated by a balustrade and with interconnecting hallway and stairs of stone. Surrounded by fence, stone wall, fence and sliding door with access to two cars in private parking. It contains fruit trees and tended gardens, with hanger road and garden accessories (tables, chairs, waiters, lounge chairs, stimers, umbrellas, grill and paperback).

Located in Luey (183 inhabitants) in the municipality of Val de San Vicente at an altitude of 110 meters, is located in the interior marshes near the mouth of the river Nansa 700 m, (rich in fishing), with remarkable landscapes represented by Mayor Tina Tina Minor and structures that make a typical outlet to the sea, giving all to the Route and its environs an undoubted charm.

Unquera locality is the main core business of the municipality of Val de San Vicente. Wednesday is an interesting market, ideal place to get the famous "Unquera ties", a delicious dessert that can be purchased at almost any establishment in the area. It is very common to see travelers who make the journey between Asturias and Cantabria to stop buying these ties. This town also marks the border between Asturias and Cantabria, well defined by the river on the Tina Mayor leads the Deva. DEPOSIT entry to the property, the lessee shall return the deposit of € 150 as stipulated in Article 36 of the LAU. This deposit will be refunded by bank transfer to the account you tell us the tenant once the revised housing.

Pets: Pets are welcome upon approval of the property. Charged 5 euros per day per pet, being responsible for the damage that could result. Have drinking trough, toys and bags for collection of faeces.

Heating: The house has central heating with radiators in all rooms. When needed is charged at a rate of EUR 20 bridges and 35 euros per week.
