Indeed the idea is to offer the possibility of staying in a select and personalized flat right in the very center of the old historical town of Annecy providing the feeling and style of home privacy and discretion.
In selecting ”Un Lieu Unique” , you’ll enjoy a high-end fully equipped and very refined and decorated flat for an a-la-carte stay from one overnight to many weeks as you wish.

This appatment are literally situated in the middle of the old town. You’ll experience staying at an exceptional address and feel part of the very special atmosphere of the historic Annecy, right by the lake and canals.
All that Annecy has to offer in terms of touristic appeal will be there for you, not as tourists but residents.

With a will to preserve your residential privacy and pace, your hosts do not reside there but are at your disposal to suggest and assist you in making your stay a unique experience with personalized quality service, whether meeting your wishes for a holiday, a romantic get-away or professional needs.

LE COCON was decorated by Nathalie Levet Rougier. She focused on creating an alliance between the charm of the location and the hallmark of contemporary design.
Nathalie is a young inspired decorator , working now on the identity of each of the flats to be made soon available as “Un lieu Unique” additions.
