Description of B&B:

Built in 1816, the Moulin d'Avully mill house was fully restored in 2008, and offers you a charming haven all year round.

The accommodation consists of a private entry flat with separate bathroom and WC, kitchenette /coffee and team-making facilities.

The bedroom is on mezzanine above the main living room and offers choice of two standard single beds or one king-size double as you prefer. There is also a sleeping area on the first floor for one or two children, separate from the parents sleeping quarters.

An open fireplace in the lounge will add a romantic note to your evenings, and the full south-facing terrace is ideal for picnics and barbeques. Guests also have full use of heated private pool in front of the flat.

Nearby guests can benefit from a wide range of pastimes and sports including: Horse-back riding, skiing, swimming, Golf (Superb scenic courses nearby at Talloires, Giez, La Manchette, St Martin de Bellevue, Gillon, Aix Les Bains...), Lake cruises (Lake Leman and Lake Annecy) canoeing and Rafting on the Fier,
shopping in Annecy and hill walking in the stunning Alps that surround us.

The Mill house is available for one night stays, weekends and weeks - tariffs range from 40 to 80 euros per night depending on duration. Linen and dining service available with surcharge.
