Les Jonquilles is a British owned French B & B/Chambre d’hote, in the south of the Deux-Sevres departement of Poitou-Charentes offering exclusive accommodation to suit couples, families or groups of friends. It is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday or property search .This location surrounded by rolling hills, meandering rivers and charming villages is excellent for exploring a large economical area of France and learning about the lifestyle you can enjoy. Golf, Fishing, Cycling, Canoeing, Swimming, Horse Riding, Writing, Painting & Walking are amongst the sports and pastimes that are easily available from Les Jonquilles. If you are looking for a permanent home, a holiday retreat, a relaxing break or just passing through, we promise a warm welcome and every effort to make your visit memorable.
From just 35€ per room per night, including continental style breakfast, you can stay in our pretty French village house in the historic area of Javarzay within walking distance of Chef-Boutonne, and experience the character and tranquility of life in a typical small French market town. Fresh baguettes and croissants from the local boulangerie are served as part of your breakfast and, with the sun shining, can be taken in our walled, flower filled, courtyard garden, a stone’s throw from the imposing 12th century Church and Chateau de Javarzay.
