Description of B&B:
There are two guest bedrooms (both on the ground floor), each with sole use of its own bath/shower room adjoining. There are exposed stone walls and masses of beams. The comfortable beds have luxury 100% cotton bedlinen and comfy quilts. Towels and luxury toiletries are provided for your use.
Breakfast (orange juice, croissants, fresh bread, preserves, cereal, yogurt and fruit) is served on the covered spacious terrace on sunny mornings or in the guests' lounge. The spacious double-height lounge has a spectacular arched window, tiled floor and beautiful exposed limestone walls. There are comfortable sofas and cushions on which to relax and read or doze!
There is a music CD system with a huge choice of CD's available and a TV/videoplayer with satellite TV. Lots of books, games and magazines are also available.

If requested in advance, we would be happy to provide a four course evening meal with bread, and coffee (22 euros) or, if you prefer, a light supper of main course, cheese, bread, and coffee (15 euros). We use local produce (organic where possible), and (with notice) can cater for most dietary needs!
There is a large 12 by 6 metre swimming pool which is available for guests to cool down with a relaxing swim after a long drive or merely enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying the view of the peach orchards beyond. There is a security fence and residents are asked not to allow children access to the pool unless closely supervised as at one end, the pool is deep.

of Gite:
The Gîte is a beautiful 350 yr old farmhouse with stone walls, exposed beams and masses of character, sleeping 6 /7people. (NB. Special reduced rates apply for low occupancy of 2-4 people, please do contact us for details). The house has 3 double bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed (and extra small single bed) and 2 bedrooms each with twin beds), 2 bath/shower rooms, large vaulted living room with dining area and separate kitchen with modern freestanding units. In the lounge, there is a TV with British channels, DVD player with selection of DVDs, music system and copious amounts of books, magazines and games.

A complementary welcome pack of fresh bread baked from the wood-fired bakery in the next village, a bottle of excellent local wine, cheese, tea, coffee, and milk will await you on your arrival.
During the peak season (11 July - 22 August), Gîte guests have exclusive use of the terrace (with its built-in barbecue), the courtyard area and pool.
Changeover day is normally Saturday but can be midweek if this is easier for guests so please just ask!
The owners live in a separate and detached part of the property and we will be available on your arrival to answer any questions etc. You will have total privacy during your stay but we will always be available to answer any queries which might arise during your stay, should you need us!
