Description of Gite:

Situated between Menton and the Principality of Monaco, Roquebrune Cap Martin and his medieval village shows one of the most colorfull panoramas of the Cote d'Azur. In its mild and exceptional climate, you will enjoy the light breeze from the mediterranean sea.

We are at about 1 miles away from the sea and from the center of the small town of Carnolès, and at 20 mins walk from the medieval old village (Historical 10th century castle of the Monaco Princes, the uge millenial olive-tree, etc).

We are situated half way up the hill overlooking the Cap Martin and the Mediterranean blue sea. The 485 sqft ground floor self-contained flat of a villa is facing south, and situated on the outskirts of the town, in a small private estate of villas with details as follows:

One corner fully equipped kitchen, with sink, washing-machine, gas-stove oven, micro-wave, fridge and freezer, with all necessary equipment.
One corner loundge with a folding bed-settee for 2 and a round table with six chairs. Colour TV and radio.
Separate single-bedded room for 2, bedside tables, and 2 bunkbeds.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside: round table, parasol.
