Description of B&B:

Saint Denis de Gastines is a fairly large village with all the local amenities (a cozy restaurant/bar, a small supermarket, two bakeries, a pharmacy, a bank and a taxi service. Every Thursday morning there is a fruit and vegetable market directly in front of the Bed and Breakfast and there is a fish market that comes every Friday.

Evening meal is available to you from our menu if you wish.

Sportive activities around Saint denis de Gastines are numerous, fishing, canoeing, kayaking and of course many trips on foot, horseback or bicycle.

We are an hour and a half from Caen, dinard and St Malo which have ferry ports and airports well served with regular flights in France and abroad.

We are an ideal stop if you are going to the south of France, La Rochelle, Bordeaux, Biarritz, even if you are going to Spain or Portugal. Besides, you might even see us when you return.

We have a small and beautiful sunny courtyard to relax in the shade. The climate in the Loire during the summer is nice and sunny with a gentil breeze.

We are very easy to find us as we are opposite the church which is visible from most parts of the village. We have a total of three guest rooms, all are equipped with washing facilities. Two of which are in front of the church and in one of our rooms, you can see the village and its surroundings in the heart of the Mayenne.
