Description for Gite

On a large property, the Moulin de Saint-Germain is located near a trout stream on the edge of the forest. The Miller's Cottage is a detached house and adjoining barn, it is housed in the old miller's house opposite the mill, which is the landlord's. On two floors: the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living. On the first floor one bedroom (2 beds 120cm) and a large bathroom with toilet. On the second floor, another bedroom (1 bed 140 cm, 120 cm 1 bed and 1 bed 90 cm). Electric heating and wood (35 euros / cubic meter). Large open garden on the banks of the river (unprotected). Parking. We also offer a small cottage of 35 m2 for 2 / 3 persons with more simply, in the barn adjoining it on the 1st floor consists of a large room with a bed for 2 persons (160cm), and the ground floor of an open kitchen make-up in a small room (with TV), a single bed (90cm) and a bathroom with toilet. Opposite the cottages is a separate guest house with bathroom, toilet and living room furnished in the old Mill Bread Oven.
