Description of Gite:

The property is situated on a hill, in a peaceful spread out hamlet, surrounded by nature; the perfect recipe for a quiet and undisturbed stay
The tastefully decorated house comprises two flats (gîtes), completely self-contained, each with an independent entrance and equipped with all modern essentials
It is the perfect place in which to unwind and spend time with friends or family.
the house faces east, so it is bathed in sunlight all morning and nice and cool on a hot summers afternoon
There is central heating, Sat-tv, DVD, CD/radio with MP3 connection and Wi-fi broadband
The utility room with washing machine and dryer is shared by the two gîtes and accessible via an outside door.

You are invited to relax in the open-plan living room with its log fire and large bay windows with wonderful views over the grounds
Fitted kitchen equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Senseo coffee maker.
The gîte caters for baby and toddler needs and offers you all the equipment you take for granted at home: 2 baby cots and cot linen, changing mat, bouncy chair, all terrain stroller, night light, potty, baby bath, high chair, Beaba baby cook, plastic plates, cups and cutlery, baby phone, indoor and outdoor toys, gated terrace and even a baby hammock

Gîte 2 on ground level is occupied by the owners as their summer residence

A holiday in the South of France would be not complete without a swimming pool and a pétanque pitch
The functional design of the heated swimming pool at «La Bouygues » guarantees fun for young and old from May until September. The shallow end is equipped with large steps and a gentle slope takes you to a depth of 1,60m. Thanks to salt water technology, the pool is sanitized without chemicals
And why not challenge friends or family for a game of good old French style fun on the near professional petanque area!
Enjoy a carefree moment with your children spotting frogs in the pond and watching dragonflies hover across; your kids can run around safely, the pond and the little dead end forest road are fenced

If you're feeling energetic, the grass field the size of a football field is perfect for ball games
In the evening, catch up with family and friends as the meat on the barbecue sizzles and indulge in a glass or two of excellent Gaillac wine; enjoy the quiet life first hand!
