Self catering gite in Britanny for 2/5 people in Pleudihen-sur-Rance, Côtes d'Armor.
Formerly a barn, this property was renovated in 2004 and is now an attractive holiday home with modern open plan interior. In a quiet setting opposite owners' home. Living room with 2-seater sofa, hi-fi & kitchen area (m/wave, 4-ring hob, mini oven). Shower room/wc (w/machine). Stairs to large bedroom with king size bed, sitting area (tv, sofa, easy chairs) and further stairs leading to 2nd floor mezzanine with 2 single beds. Travel cot, high chair, pushchair (& toys & games on request). Electric heating. Nice garden (views of hamlet & valley) Larger enclosed garden shared with owner's familyLarger enclosed garden shared with owner's family with lawn, patio, furniture & bbq. Bicycles for 2 adults & 1 child & toddler bike.

An excellent location just a short drive from Dinan and St Malo. There is so much here within bicycle distance - the boulangerie for fresh morning croissants, the local beach for a swim (estuary beach is a 10 minute bicycle ride along a country road), the village restaurants for French & Britain cuisine and there are well marked footpaths along the beautiful Rance estuary.

Shops & Tuesday market in Pleudihen (2k). Rance estuary beach 4k, seaside beach 19k in St Malo. Lots of other places to visit locally including the lovely medieval town of Dinan.

Un gite très confortable, parfaitement équipé, un accueil chaleureux et une disponibilité discrète des propriétaires. Le tout dans un écrin de verdure à quelques minutes de Dinan.
