Description of Les Noyers à Montagnac Bed & Breakfast:Les Noyers is a stylish contemporary house built in 2001 and designed by the award winning Toulouse architect Jean-Pierre Peyrières. The property is surrounded by cornfields, meadows and vines with views and across the valley from the 12th century church and château of Cavagnac . Quiet and peaceful but not far from the Dordogne river and it's chateaux, Rocamadour, Collonges-la-Rouge, Padirac. Whithin easy reach of the vineyards of the Bordeaux and Cahors regions.
The apartment can be taken on a bed and breakfast basis or self-catering .
Description of Les Noyers à Montagnac Gite :The south facing apartment is light and sunny and comfortably furnished in a contemporary style to suit the architecture. The open plan living area has a very well equipped corner kitchen with multifunction microwave oven, a two burner hob, fridge, dining table and chairs, sofa and TV with english-language channels and video/DVD player .
The double bedroom has a fitted wardrobe with plenty of drawer and hanging space. Large sliding windows lead onto the private terrace and to the garden. The shower room has a shower, a vanity unit and an electric towel rail, the toilet is separate.
Use of washing machine. Central heating when required. Wi-fi available. Outside there is a table and chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ.
Directions to Les Noyers à MontagnacIn Quatre Route take the road opposite the station signposted to Cavagnac . After about 500m turn left & continue straight on , pass the Mairie & the cemetry following the road up & round & up ( do NOT take the left turn to the Bourg de Cavagnac ) till you reach Montagnac (there is a small blue sign) . Turn left into the village & then left again . Continue down & 50m after the tarmac road ends you will find Les Noyers .
