Description of B&B:

Casa Apuania is an ideal solution for short stays in Rome. The flat, at 2° floor with lift is very luminous and cosy and has a double bedroom, with a nice small terrace and a living room, with the kitchen coin and 2 sofà beds. The bathroom is provided with lavabo, bidet, wc and shower. The flat can therefore host 2-4 people. The kitchen, well equipped, contains, between the other, a cooking plan with 4 fires and a gas-oven, a fridge with refrigerator, a microwave oven, coffeepots, toaster and everything necessary to cook. In the apartment you will find the washing machine, the iron, a TV, a hair-dryer and fans. Towels and bed sheets are provided.
The flat is in a quiet zone, not far from and very well connected to historical centre and to many areas of interest . The flat is located 400 mt far from Piazza Bologna, where the station of the Metro B is located, 3 stops from Station Termini (railway station) and 5 stops from the Colosseo. In Piazza Bologna there is also the terminus of the bus 62, which goes towards Piazza Venezia, Largo di Torre Argentina and Vaticano and the stop of the bus 61 which goes towards Trevi Fountain, Via del Corso and Piazza di Spagna. The flat is 700 mt far from Stazione Tiburtina where the train connecting to Fiumicino Airport stops and where the Tibus Station of the coaches is located.
The flat is at walking distance from the University “La Sapienza”, from the University “Luiss-Guido Carli” and from the Polyclinic “Umberto I” (also 1 stop of Metro B).
20 mt far from the house there is a fruit and vegetables market, a supermarket, a chemist's and a payment car park.
Many traditional and ethnic restaurants and pizzerie as well are located close to the apartment. Do not miss a walk to Villa Torlonia (…and to Technotown if you have young girls or boys) and a visit to the Mausoleum of Santa Costanza with many precious mosaics and to the Basilic of Sant' Agnese, with the Christian paleo-catacombs.

If you arrive in Rome by train:from Stazione Termini (railway station),
take Metro B (Direction Rebibbia) for 3 stops and exit at Bologna Station. Take
VIA MICHELE DI LANDO and walking for 400 mt, you will find VIA APUANIA
on your left . From Stazione Tiburtina: walk for 700 mt

If you arrive in Rome by flight:from Leonardo da Vinci Airport
(Fiumicino): take the train to downtown
(Direction ORTE) and get out at TIBURTINA station. Than walk for 700 mt to Via Apuania .
From Ciampino Airport: take the bus going straight to Stazione Termini. Here
take the Metro B (Direction Rebibbia) for 3 stops and exit at Bologna Station. Take
VIA MICHELE DI LANDO and walkingfor 400 mt you will find VIA APUANIA
on your left .
