Description of Gite:

In the Aude, less than an hour’s drive south of Carcassonne, there’s a comfortable residence available for you. Apartment Bella Vista is situated in Quillan, 5 minutes walking from the centre.
The apartment has separate access and a large south-facing panorama terrace right across the width of the apartment. It has a brick bbq. Bella Vista lies against a hill, just above the town and offers a splendid view of the valley and surrounding mountains. Across the road from the house runs a small railway allowing a one-carriage train to pass three times a day to and from Carcassonne.
Gîte:
The gîte is a 80m2 apartment on the 2nd floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge, microwave, 5 burner gas cooker, gas oven, coffee maker, kettle etc.
The living room has a dining table and sitting area. There is tv and cd player, books and reviews, radio.
The 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each. Linen and towels provided.
There is a spacious bathroom with 2 sinks, bath and walk-in shower. Toilet is separate.
Washingmachine is available.
There is a large garage and also parking space in front of the house.

Please enquire for mid-week and weekend breaks.
