La Maison Delmas is situated within heart of the town and offers Four bed and breakfast rooms, Two doubles each with en suite, and one family room comprising of double bed room and an adjacent room with two single beds with shared bathroom.

Puy L’Eveque was historically a port ,with the barrels of Cahors wine being ferried down the lot river to Bordeaux for export.
The area is steeped in history, with over 300 Bastide fortified towns in the Lot and Dordogne, many of which were built by the various kings of England when this region of France was part of the king of England's lands.
The Lot is renowned for it gastronomic delights There are a wealth of restaurants to have a lunch time Plat du jour or a cosy dinner This area is rural France at its very best.

There are 2 golf Courses within 30 Mins from the house.

Fishing
There is plenty of fishing in the river Lot
Cycling
France is the home of the Tour de France. We have a limited number of bicycles for hire, to explore the hills and valleys. There are plenty of cycle routes to choose from and they are all sign posted. Maps can be supplied if needed. Again, let us know prior to arrival.
Walking
There are a host of different walks in the surrounding wooded hills, with excellent maps and directions available, be it gentle walks in and around the vineyards and churches or more challenging walks in the surrounding hills giving splendid views over the vineyard valleys.

Festivals
The whole area is famous for it's festivals. Please ensure you book early to avoid disappointment.

Access:

To find Maison Delmas in the village from the birdge over the river into Puy l' Eveque we are 50 m on the left the entrance to the court yard is adjoing the bread shop.
From the main part of the town turn off in the main square where the Maire is, and follow the road down through the main town and turn second right at the roundabout follow the road down to the bread shop and turn right though the gates.
