Description of B&B:

Perched high on a rocky outcrop with spectacular, panoramic views over a verdant river gorge, Villa les Roches offers 5 stylish bedrooms, each with private bathroom. There are two lounges, two south-facing conservatories, two terraces and picturesque grounds that tumble down through rocky woodland to a private stretch of the river;Lozère is walking and fishing country par excellence. Criss-crossed by crystal-clear rivers and endless walking tracks, it is a real escape to unspoilt nature with fantastic vistas and dramatic gorges. Robert Louis Stevenson once trekked here accompanied by a donkey and you can too, as donkeys are still for hire! Nearby is Lake Naussac with watersports and swimming.

Une belle villa d'autrefois et un confort contemporain. Notre chambre était un peu petite mais lumineuse et le lit excellent. Les vérandas, le salon, les terrasses et la cuisine à disposition permettent de s'installer confortablement. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et servi par une hôtesse attentionnée et discrète. La propreté et le service sont irréprochables.
