Description of B&B:

LA CROMALINE, the host house, blooms in the Green valley Saint-Avertinoise, with its park of half a hectare and its trees more than centenarians.
Ideally placed in 10 mn of the center of TOURS and her Conference hall THE VINCI, in 5 mn of the exhibition center of ROCHEPINARD, it welcomes you for a restful stay or a stage and a repairer. It is the countryside just a step from the city!
Its three vast rooms will charm you with their bathroom so colored as functional.
Breakfast " Cromaliens " consisted of garden produce and the soil, served in the family dining room where the colors of the garden created the decoration, will cheer up you. You feel "VERY WELL" in LA CROMALINE.

Access:

By coming from Saint-Avertin, from TOURS, or from the exit highway A10, PARIS - BORDEAUX, (exit n°22 (Saint-Avertin, Exhibition center), to take the direction D 976 towards VIERZON. On D976, after the village, on the 1st light, turn to the right and follow the direction "Château de Cangé", in the 1st following crossroads turn to the left. Our property is the 2nd on the right.
By coming from BOURGES, VIERZON, on D976, after the panel SAINT-AVERTIN, on the 1st light, turn to the left and follow the direction "Château de Cangé", in the 1st following crossroad, turn to the left. Our property is the 2nd on the right.

Very nice and friendly place to stay for a visit i

We enjoyed the nice house and the garden. We loved the breakfast with the home made marmelade and the excelent croissants :). We will come back again whenever we will visit the region of Tours again.

Un cadre reposant, un espace vital appréciable (et sécurisé pour la voiture) ainsi qu' un accueil chaleureux caractérisent les conditions de séjour dans cette grande demeure confortable à proximité immédiate de Tours.
On y dort bien, on y déjeune royalement et Catherine et Francis sont bien sympathiques...
