A Dénezé Under Gifted, Jacqueline and John offer their house, half cave: freshness assured during a heat wave. Completely renovated, located in rural areas to 6 kms from the Zoo de Doue la Fontaine and 15 km from Saumur, the capital of the horse. Possible visit the castles of the Loire, mushroom cellars and wine. Limestone house, walk-in at the end of the courtyard of the owner. Living space: 70 m² with 32 m² of living, exposed beams and stonework. Kitchen (including microwave). Lounge sofa bed 140, dining area. Bedroom of 16 m² with 1 double bed 140 + 1 90. Bathroom, WC, floor heating. Relaxation garden, shared with the owner. Small adjoining cave. Possibility of fishing in a private pond nearby.
