Description of B&B:

This brand new luminous south facing mini villa, totally independent from the main house, enjoys peace and quiet in a small domain on the hills of Roquefort les Pins. It is surrounded by forests and yet walking distance to the local village with bakeries, banks, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants... The mini villa has an open aspect over the surrounding hills with pine and eucalyptus trees and abundant green areas. Only 15 minutes from Nice Airport and 20 minutes from Nice or Cannes it is ideally placed to enjoy the mountains, the historic towns of Vence, Valbonne… as well as the beaches of Cote d’Azur. The mini villa is only 5 minutes from the idyllic Opio Valbonne Golf course with another 6 courses within 10 to 20 minutes drive.

Accommodation :
The entrance leads to a living room with direct access to a private terrace and the garden. On the same level, a bathroom with toilet and a dressing room. A double bed or two single beds are situated up on the mezzanine overlooking the living room. Total sqm 40.

The property :
A 2000 sq m flat garden partly forest with a beautiful lawn around the pool area planted with palm and olive trees. 10 x 4.5 m tiled overflow pool with sun beds and parasol at your disposal.

Un accueil et un cadre de rêve.
Nous avons eu du mal à partir à la fin de notre séjour, presque égoïstement nous voulions garder ce lieu rien que pour nous deux mais nous conseillons à nos amis et aux gens d'aller à la "mini villa".
Alors un grand merci à Geneviève et sa famille de leur accueil simple et précieux .

In a lovely area, with a splendid view from the terrasse, was the sunset beautiful.My host and hostess are a charming couple, Genevieve is a very special hospitable lady, with a good sense of humour.
I felt immediatly at ease.
The mini villa is well equipped and very elegant.I can imagine staying there for a couple of weeks, but also very suitable for a short break.Highly recommanded. Madeleine Davidson Delsalle 25 april-28 april 2011
