Description of B&B:

A double room with private bathroom and toilet. Continental breakfast for 2 persons, complimentary tea & coffee making facilities in room. Child's bed (under 5 ) available, price on request, a cot is also available (no charge). Independent access to the room enables you to come and go at your leisure. Sky television and free WiFi A double room From October-March 55€/night
From April-September 60€/night

February until June & September-November € 55/night

July & August € 60/night

Please note,we also have a twin bedded room on the same floor available only to same family members such as children or parents.

Josselin at the heart of Brittany, a medieval market town, turreted chateau overlooking the Nantes-Brest canal.The basilica Notre Dame du Roncier with stained glass windows dating back to the 15th. & 16th. century.


Access:

Directions to The Bird House
From the East or the south, head for Ploermel and the RN24, in the direction of Lorient around 10km look for the junction Josselin est. Take off here and advance toward the Centre de Ville. Down the hill about 2km you now strart to enter the old town narrow streets houses very close to the roadside. Keep passing through shops either side down the hill a bakery on the right and opposite a Restaurant ( La Sarazine ) make a sharp left turn down on to the canal road and ahead you will see the Chateau. Slow down and enjoy the view on the right a bridge over the canal on the bank a large hotel, Le Hotel du Chateau, turn first right as if going into the hotel car park pass this and 100m on the right are black gates this is Maison Oiseau (The Bird House)
