Spacious and comfortable, tastefully decorated rooms and 4 help to make your stay relaxing, away from the bustle of the city.Exposed beams to terracotta tiles, has everything to seduce you, invite you for relaxation or reflection.
Each room has a bathroom with toiletries (hair dryer, soap, towels, large mirror..). With the tray in each room, you can prepare a hot drink.
Dinner can be served by reservation in the dining room.
Depending on the season, you can taste the products of the vegetable garden.

This little house is independent with its garden and lounge, a barbecue and a garage in the middle of a vast landscape close to the cottages of charm.Direct access to the Oudon, a small river, popular for fishing and walking, has been constructed.
Completely renovated, it is very comfortable. It consists of a living room with TV and sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer..), Two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower WC.
It can accommodate four to six people.

From Paris: Take the A11
to Rennes, Le Mans.
Take exit 11 "Le Lion d'Angers-Durtal". Follow Le Lion d'Angers, Segre for about 20 km. Cross
Châteauneuf sur Sarthe, then Champigné and always follow to "The Lion d'Angers".
Once at the Lion d'Angers, follow Segre, about 15 km (D863). At the roundabout
of Europe, take the road to Laval, and at the second roundabout take the second exit "Château Gontier" (D923).
Turn left, 150 m further to St Aubin's Pavoil. Enter
Saint Aubin du Pavoil. Continue on the street to the church Lavoir.
Le Plessis is right next to the church.

towards Vern sur Seiche, then the D775 to Segre, Laval, Angers.
After about 70 km, cross Vergons and Noyant the Gravoyère. Continue until Segre, follow the signs to Chateau Gontier (D923).
