Description of B&B:

In the middle of Touraine and Anjou in the Loire Valley, in a fortified village, Eliane and Jean Marie welcome you in their home of the 16th and 18th centuries. You will enjoy the sweetness of life by walking in the forests and around the lakes of this beautiful region. In the immediate vicinity you can visit the castles of the Loire (Langeais, Azay le Rideau Villandry ...), taste wines of Bourgueil and shop in flea markets.
6 rooms with washroom or bathroom and with private WC. They are furnished with a big bed and they dispose of supplementary beds.
The dining room (on reservation) offers you regional meals and a large fireplace will brighten your evening (on seasonal basis).

In the neighbourhood of the Hostellerie you can visit the Castles of the Loire, Langeais, Azay-le-rideaux, Gizeux, Champchevrier, Brezé, Beaumont-la-Ronce... Discover the heritage of the Touraine and the Anjou, Fontevraud, Bourgueil, Bueil, Chinon, La Clarté Dieu...
Taste wines in the Loire Valley : Bourgueil, St Nicolas de Bourgueil, Chinon, Saumur... Enjoy the French "Cuisine" (Cooking)... Walk on foot bicycle or horseback, Discover the Loire in a hot air balloon, discover the "boule de fort", practice golf ...

Acceuil agréable et conseils sur la région pertinants. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner très juste. Nous sommes habitués aux chambres d'hôtes et là on a été un peu déçu. Dommage pour ceux qui nous ont offert ce week-end.

Malgré une météo peu engageante nous avons maintenu notre séjour car nous avions besoin, de faire un break et de nous éloigner de la vie parisienne.L'ambiance en arrivant à l'hostellerie, les commentaires pertinents de nos hôtes et leur conseil sur les visites à ne pas manquer ont élclairé notre week end. Nous sommes revenu à Paris, toujours dans le froid, mais ravis.

Nos enfants nous ont offert un week end découverte des châteaux de la Loire à l'Hostellerie. Nous avons réservé la table d'hôte. Notre séjour (viste de la région, châteaux, nuit à l'hostellerie...) ainsi que notre soirée à l'hostellerie (cuisine traditionnelle et commentaires de nos hôtes sur leur région pendant le repas) ont été très réussi.

un séjour trop bref car très agréable tant par l accueil des propriétaire, par la leçon d histoire, la cuisine super, un calme très reposant dépaysant rien à redire à part que nous repasserons par chez eliane et jean marie

Lieu magnifique, riche en histoire, avec du bien être, au calme et à la douceur de la campagne. Merci pour votre savoir sur les château et la région ! En conclusion : séjour très réussi que nous redécouvrirons avec grand plaisir !
