This 80m² cottage, can accommodate 3 people, classified 4 stars Atout France, labeled 3 keys Clévacances and "Valeurs natural regional park" located in an old winemaker's house turned farm, built in 1829, has been completely renovated respecting the architecture local, combining the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern. It is adjoining our house. You access it by an independent terrace overlooking the living room with its alcove in which is a bed of 110 x 185, you will have a large equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom, the bedding is 3 x (90 X 200) or 180 x 200 + 1 x (90x200), on your arrival, the beds are made to your liking (1 or 2 people), bathroom and WC are separate, equipped with grab bars and a seat for the walk-in shower. This cottage may be suitable for people with reduced mobility, only the toilets can request the help of a third party. On the back of it, and on 40 ares, fully enclosed, you will find a pétanque court, garden furniture, parking and our heated swimming pool in season (not in winter). It is located in a typical Lorraine village in the heart of the Lorraine Regional Natural Park. You will be there in peace. Its location in the center of the triangle formed by the cities of Verdun, Metz and Nancy make it an ideal starting point for visiting our region..
You will find all types of shops within a radius of 3 to 5 kms.

Next to Lake Madine, in the Lorraine regional natural park, our lodgings are located in an old completely renovated Lorraine farm. We have created a 3/4 person gîte of 80m² and a 20m² studio gîte for 2 people, they are independent, classified respectively 4 and 2 stars "Atout France", 3 and 2 keys "CleVacances" and labeled "Values natural park regional". You will find peace, comfort and tranquility there. On the back of these, on 4000m² enclosed, you will find a pétanque court, garden furniture, parking and our heated swimming pool during summer. You will have a barbecue. The beds in 90 x 200 or 180 x 200 are made at your request for your arrival. Towels, sheets and the first non-food consumables are provided to you as well as a free wifi network.
We are ideally located in the center of the Metz Nancy Verdun triangle, close to Pont à Mousson, Toul, Commercy, Saint-Mihiel and the Côtes de Meuse, not to mention the medieval village of Hattonchatel as well as the Butte de Montsec with its American monument.
