Description of B&B:

"L'Abri-Côtier" was recently built and is specially designed by us to provide our guests with a high level of comfort and relaxation.Our 4 spacious bedrooms each have their own bathroom with a large walk-in shower, towel warmer, WC and hand basin. The house is modern, south facing, very light inside and has great views of the surrounding valley slopes and Normandy countryside. "L'Abri-Côtier" is built on a 16500 m2 site which we are busily landscaping. You can see in our Photo Album on the Internet and in the Chapter "For Your Relaxation.. " , the excellent facilities we have to offer our guests like the Heated Swimming Pool, Sun Loungers, Sauna, Guest Lounge..This year, in addition to the traditional B&B stays, we also offer two promotional stays "Exclusive Hire" and "Gift Vouchers". We will do our utmost to ensure that your stay with us is as enjoyable as possible.We offer a friendly and efficient service, comfortable surroundings, excellent leisure facilities, a plentiful breakfast and a mine of local information - and even the occasional chauffeur if you want to eat in Pont L'Évêque without worrying about drinking and driving.Guests are welcome to use our facilities within the usual rules of courtesy and according to availability…. • Our Heated Swimming Pool, Sun Loungers and Sun Umbrellas in season.• A Sauna for your relaxation (with a 5 € supplement for a 15 minute session).• Wi-fi access to the Internet.• We can organise a TV or DVD in the bedroom - on demand and according to availability.• Guest Lounge with a magnificent view over the Auge Valley• A Bar and Fridge for your own drinks.• The Garden is beginning to grow nicely and our guests are welcome to stroll around and rest awhile on the benches or in the Gazebo on the Pond.• We have a choice of Books, Magazines and Brochures of the region in French and English.• Board Games and Bar Games that guests can borrow during their stay.• We have a choice of locations where we can serve Breakfast according to the time of year and weather - the South Terrace in summer, the Winter Garden in mid-season and the Dining Room in front of a wood fire in winter.• Enjoy a Pic-Nic in the Garden, or on the South Terrace, in the Gazebo or the Guest Lounge. We are within 15 minutes of Honfleur, Deauville, Trouville and Cabourg and the D-Day Beaches.

Nearby we have beautiful country walks, good quality golf courses and restaurants for all budgets and tastes are all around.

Access:

Our GPS Address:49.18.27.N et 0.14.04.E or Chemin d'Enfer, Surville, Calvados.. Directions by Road :Leave the Autoroute A13 from Paris at the "Pont L'Évêque" exit and then at the end of the slip road turn right on to the D675 towards Beuzeville / Pont Audemer. Carry on for about 1km and then turn off the D675 opposite the Auberge Saint Martin and follow the signs towards the Domaine du Mont St Léger. If you have come from Pont L'Évêque, take the D675 following signs towards Rouen. Stay on the D675 for about 1km after leaving Pont L'Évêque. Don't take the Motorway entrance on your right! Then turn off the D675 opposite the Auberge Saint Martin and follow the signs towards the Domaine du Mont St Léger.Go under the railway bridge, past the white statue of the Virgin Mary on your left, continue up the hill and go past the entrance to the Domaine du Mont St. Léger which is on your left. Carry on for about 1 km after the entrance to the Domaine du Mont St. Léger until the road splits into two and then turn right into the Rue d'Enfer. Carry on down the Rue d'Enfer for 1km and we are the white house on the right with a flower pot man sitting on the fence.
